Kami Diver Indiizhinikaz, Waasa’aasa’nekwe indigo anishinabaamoyaan,Waawaasesii Nindoodam, Nagachiiwanong nindonjibaa, nagachiiwanong inda.
Kami Diver is a proud member of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Tribe. She is a traditional kwe; living her life by the seven grandfather teachings and values.
Kami has over 10 years of administration experience. For seven years, she worked for the Fond du Lac Human Services in the Prevention Intervention Program. During her time there, she received the Minnesota State Directors Award from Bemidji State University. Past job responsibilities included developing and maintaining grants, managing budgets, creating alternative activities for youth and families, administrating ATOD curriculum in tri-area schools and advocating for community health. As a Tribal Chairman Administrative Assistant; Kami worked intermediately in Tribal Governance, Federal and State Laws and Constitutional policies that pertain to Indigenous Communities.
She also has received Minnesota State Certification in Human Resource Management
